The 2007 Mercedes-Benz S-Class series is full of improvements for the engine, safety features, and body style. The 2007 S-Class is longer, larger car, increasing overall safety and performance.
Some of the safety features which are available on this model include the Mercedes-Benz Pre-Safe System, which tightens front row seat belts, closes the sun roof and windows, and adjusts passenger seats in the event of a collision.
There is also an option for an infrared night vision system, designed to create black and white videos of the road ahead, which will show up on a display located within the instrument panel of the 2007 Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Other available safety features include cruise control and Brake Assist Plus.
The two work together because the adaptive cruise control is Distronic Plus. Working together, Brake Assist Plus can read the radar signals produced by the cruise control, and increase brake pressure accordingly. The Distronic Plus package also comes with radar park assist in both the front and the rear.
